Bill Bliss is president of Language & Communication Associates, which provides training and consulting services in language learning and immigrant education. He has worked in the field of English Language Teaching since 1974, teaching in and directing training programs in the United States and in the Philippines. His current areas of work include literacy and reading for elementary school students, content-based English for secondary school students, and vocational English for adults.

A graduate of Boston University and Harvard University, Bill and his family live in the Boston, Massachusetts area.
